Occupational Therapy
About This Service

The occupational therapist (OT) plays a crucial role in enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and improve their overall quality of life. The LFHT OT assesses and addresses physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges that impact patients' functional independence. They work collaboratively with all of our healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans, focusing on rehabilitation, adaptive techniques, and the use of assistive devices. By providing therapeutic interventions and education, the OT supports LFHT patients in managing chronic conditions, recovering from injuries, and achieving their personal goals, ultimately contributing to holistic and patient-centered care within the primary care team.
