The Loyalist Family Health Team in Amherstview is seeking a dynamic team player to help us provide excellent health care to our patients. The successful candidate will work days 8:30 am – 4:30 pm on a casual basis.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the RPN assists in primary care functions and participates in programs and services. Typical duties will include; immunizations across the lifespan, ear syringing, suture removal, EKGs, BP Tru’s and holter monitoring. The RPN will track patient encounters, preventive care, and patient education in the Electronic Medical Record.

The successful candidate(s) will have a diploma in Registered Practical Nursing and be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a member with RPNAO. She/he will also be required to provide evidence of liability insurance and have all recommended vaccines, including against COVID-19. Desirable traits include working well both independently and as part of a team.
